Wow,da ist dir aber eine tolle Nahaufnahme von dieser Elster gelungen lieber Keith,ich habe es noch nie geschafft,obwohl ich ein Tele 200-600 habe,so schön und nah ranzukommen,es sind ja echt schlaue Vögel und normal sind sie immer sehr schnell weg,wenn man zu Nahe kommt,du hast aber durch die Verglasung ein wunderschones Bild machen können und auch das Licht hat genau gepasst :))

I normally have the same problem........I get them in the garden quite often but they're very difficult to get a shot of. I was really lucky to get a shot through the window and it flew off straight away..!!

Du kennst aber auch das Problem,dass es leider über 2.5 kg hat,das ist der einzige Nachteil,ich spüre es auch,wenn ich meine 6 km Naturrunde mache :))

Prima abgelichtet, Keith. Schöne Schärfe. Bei uns treiben sie sich sehr häufig um und letztes Jahr hatten sie sogar ein Nest in unserem Garten.

Yes, they do like to be in charge wherever they go and can be quite aggressive to claim territory! A bit like us humans :-))

Diese intelligenten Vögel sehe ich auch hin und wieder in meinem Garten. Aber sie werden nicht zur Plage. Seit ein Paar Krähen in unserer Eiche nistet, herrscht hier Ordnung. In der Rangfolge der Rabenvögel wie Eichelhäher und Elstern haben die Krähen das Sagen.
Ich mag in deiner Aufnahme den konzentrierten Blick des Vogels.
