A wonderful macro Keith you could crop it if you wanted to get closer, have you got in camera focus stacking on your camera ? it's worth playing with mine also has high resolution I'm not overly impressed with that

The main image here is slightly cropped, but only for compositional purposes. I use the Olympus 60mm macro, so I can get very close to my subjects.

All of my cameras have in-camera focus stacking. I do use it occasionally but it's a bit of a faff, but quite effective. My cameras also have a hi-res option, but I've never bothered with it yet. It's really for landscape photographers who need to print stuff out at huge sizes.
