Sieht lecker aus, Keith. Wenn ich zurückdenke, als ich hier noch in der DDR lebte, gab es bei mir keine Kiwi zu kaufen. Das war wohl zu exotisch. Als nach der politischen Wende dann hier solche Früchte in den Geschäften auftauchten, dachten viele zu erst an grüne Kartoffel mit einer seltsam haarigen Schale. Man dachte, man müsse die Schälen, bis dann jemand auf den Gedanken kam, man könne die ja auch auslöffeln. ;-)

Aber im Ernst, bei uns haben die ein recht seltsames Innenleben. ;-)

Aber,ich bin allergisch gegen Kiwi,habe 2 mal eine Kiwi gegessen und bin dann kurz später bewusstlos gewesen,beide mal habe ich vorher ein Kiwi gegessen,seitdem esse ich keine mehr,aber deine Aufnahmen gefallen mir sehr gut :))

Wow! that must have been quite frightening for you..........I quite often hear of people being allergic to various food, but never before Kiwi fruit :-)

Von den Kiwi weiß ich,das sehr viele auch eine dicke Zunge bekommen,wenn sie Kiwi essen,aber mich hat diese kleine Frucht 2 mal umgehauen,grinsssss,ich seh sie so dann lieber auf deiner schönen Aufnahme lieber Keith :))

I love the main shot Keith. It shows the structure of the flesh in beautiful colour and detail. They really do look good enough to eat ;-)) I like the way the plate melts into the white background.

The b&w version is well taken but the main shot is definitely my favourite.

ah, le kiwi, un de mes fruits préférés.C'est trés cultivé ici. Comme tu dois le savoir, il y a le vert et le jaune. Pas trés loin d'ici, il y avait un Britannique qui cultivait des jaunes et qui les vendait. Je lui en achetais parfois. Sur le marché il y a quelques Britanniques qui vendent leurs produits. Le Samedi nous mangeons souvent Anglais. Nous achetons à l'un deux des scotch eggs. J'aime bien. connais tu celà ?

I love them as well Jean Paul...........in fact we bought some today. I've never seen any yellow ones over here though..........do they taste the same?

I don't eat scotch eggs though as I'm a vegetarian.........I wonder if the market-stall holder makes them himself or if he imports them from the UK.

Pour les kiwi, les jaunes ont un goût plus doux et plus acidulé. Certains les préférent, , Personnellement, je les aime aussi mais ma préférence va au vert. (Le vert est plus répandu) Quant aux "scoth Eggs" c'est la mére du vendeur qui les réalise (Made in France by English women) Samedi dernier, Madame était partie en Week End en Angleterre, nous avons été privés de Scotch Eggs.Bon week end à toi (avec ou sans Scotch eggs)
