Roped off

Roped off
Some areas of the graveyard in our local church have been roped off and left unmown for the wildflowers. What a great idea!

Just to be different though I decided to focus on the ropes rather than the flowers :-))

There's another image in the PiP if you fancy a look!

Günter Klaus, aNNa schramm, trester88, Luc Reiniche and 14 other people have particularly liked this photo

When I was in the scouts,.. we tied knots known as 'lashes' - when asked to do a ''Spurr-lash'' I asked - what's a ''Spurr-lash' seems it's the noise from an anchor as it hits the water.

Have a good Sunday Keith... and keep well // Cheers from Dj.

Really beautiful Keith! Can't believe I am saying that about a knot....but it is :-) Great that you also caught the little seed head!! Superb detail in the PiP as well. It is a good idea and Although they haven't roped it off, the graveyard where my parents are has areas left to grow and it looks so pretty.

Have a good new week.
