Wild Samphire
On the beach at Langstone Harbour, Hampshire. I thought it looks quite attractive among the pebbles.

I won't be around until Monday or Tuesday next week..............I'm off to Exmouth for a short break and to see my granddaughter performing in "Pirates of Penzance" :-)

This does seem to be a great favourite of chefs these days. I have never tried it and I think it looks prettier in your picture than on a plate.

I'm sure you will have a great time in Exmouth and be very proud grandparents! Hopefully you can get a few pic's :-))
