Thank you all very much.................there are a lot of robins about at the moment, this is the time of year when they start pairing up. Normally they prefer to be on their own and can be very territorial. This one was singing to another robin, which I could hear, but not see!

Thanks Rosa, but this one was so easy to shoot............he was quite happy to sit on the branch and let me get very close! They're obviously used to people at this location, which is on a popular walking route.
