The Orbitones

I spent a pleasant half hour listening to this rockabilly duo in Southampton yesterday, while the Boss did some window shopping. I was impressed enough to buy the CD..!!

A quick google when I got home revealed little else about this particular band, but it seems the bassist, Paul "Choppy" Lambourne was a a well known and respected member of several rockabilly and psychobilly bands in his younger days..!!

Some decent equipment and interesting artwork on the bass, I did wonder which one was "Choppy" ,Andy Wren must be the other one goodness that's logical Keith. I shall need a sit down at this rate, excellent capture.

Glad you like it Roger.......... and thank you. assume it brought back some memories for you. To be honest, until I googled the band when I got home I had no idea about them.
