This week in SSC:
"Dutch Angle" Your horizon line should be tilted so that it is no longer level.
Well, I angled left and I angled right. I angled all over the place this week and now my neck is sore. I'm not sure if I succeeded with this technique or not and I'm not sure if I really "get" what "Dutch Angle" is all about but it was fun. :)
...and for Sight and Sound:

Karen's Place club has replied to Roger Bennion clubThanks so much, Roger. I had to go over to our neighborhood park for this one. Luckily I didn't have to fight too many kids for spot on the playground. :))

Karen's Place club has replied to polytropos club"Dutch refers to a bastardisation of the word Deutsch, the German word for "German."[1] It is not related to the Dutch people or language.[1] It originated in the First World War, as Navy blockades made the import (and export) of movies impossible. The German movie scene was part of the expressionist movement, which used the Dutch angle extensively."
By the way, there is a song from the Dutch Band "The Nits" => The Dutch Mountains. :-)
