Have a nice sunday evening!
Good work June.
Loved reading your comment about Pumpkin and how difficult it was to leave her behind. We know exactly how you feel...that you absolutely do not believe you could leave your darling Harry for so long. Nor did Steve or I. At first it was an outrageous thought--not possible! But we didn't have a choice so the only thing we could do was to bury our emotions and anytime they threatened to swarm over us, we'd stomp them down again. We made a pact to NOT talk about her except very rarely. Neither of us needed to be reminded of her and how much we missed her. As the trip got closer to the end it became more and more challenging to keep thoughts of her away. When we were a few days from home we finally allowed ourselves to express our excitement...all of it was such a difficult challenge to keep our feelings at bay. We did it but boy was it tough. I hope we never ever have to go through something like that again!

Reminds me of the horror movies from the beginning of cinema :-)))
