Metropolitian Museum of Art
The following were taken on April 17, 2010 at the Met in New York City. I focused a great deal on the medieval and Renaissance parts of the museum so I ended up taking a few hundred photos of that section. :-)

This lovely bust from the Netherlands late 15th/earth 16th c, shows what is probably ladder back lacing on her gown.

The view from the balcony was really amazing but there were too many people to get a good photo. The room is done in the 16th century Italian courtyard style.

The orange dress is fascinating. The entire painting is about the size of your average jewelry box top. The chemise is sheer but she has a white band wrapped around her stomach rather tightly. I tried to get a decent picture of it but, honestly, between the small size and the glass, it was a no win situation.
