Keto Cottage Pie
Turns out I'm allergic to cauliflower and had to throw most of this away. However, it's just cauliflower that has been boiled until soft, mashed up, and then a bit of garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper mixed together. Under the cauliflower is ground beef that I browned in olive oil with a bit of rosemary. Once the beef was browned, I added a small can of mushrooms and let it cook. I put the beef in the pie pan followed by spreading the mashed cauliflower on top and cooked the keto cottage pie in the over for 10 minutes at 160C. It was pretty decent but cauliflower and I are not friends it turns out...
