It looks odd on the dress dummy in these pictures but it looks fine on me. The Elizabethan Stays are out of buckram, silk, and linen. The skirt is link with blackwork in what I think is cotton. The surcote is black velvet with silver embroidery, lined in 100% something not natural. I think it's a rayon acetate blend based on the smell.
