Michigan's Hall of Justice
This building is the west anchor of Michigan's Capitol Complex, opposite the State Capitol. In between, along the walkway named for longtime Attorney General Frank Kelley, are several fairly unremarkable office buildings.
To the extent I had a photographic plan for the day, I was hoping to photograph this massive structure. I wasn't entirely certain I could pull it off. In the end I had to go wide-angle and do a bit of post-processing manipulation to get the perspective right.
If you're trying to take this photo, you cannot avoid finding the Vietnam Memorial. Since I'm a Nam vet, it of course caught my attention.
