I've just realised that these beautiful flowers you call Hyacinths are the same as the one's we call Bluebells (which are part of the hyacinth family). They are really beautiful and I know exactly what you mean when you describe their fragrance.

You've captured this brilliantly Jean-Paul. The light is lovely and I like the contrasting colours of the flowers and leaves.......and the darker tree trunks. The sunburst is gorgeous!

Yes, they are the same and yes they smell wonderfully.
I've captures them in Hallerbos, a forest near Brussels, about 250 kilometres away from me
