So true, Jose. And such a timeless image: the old lady, helped by a loving hand to reach a sunny sheltered spot, enjoys the simple pleasure of absorbing the sun's warmth and energy. It took an effort to get there with a walker. It took someone to help her there and arrange the blanket around her. There is but a narrow band of sun, but it's all hers.

Interesting contrast of age. The older person and the baby plant on the pot to the right. Nicely done my dear old friend Jose :) I find interesting the pronoun of the translation referring to "being" as a him and not a her...ah "languages" are such!! In Spanish we refer to an older friend as "amigo viejo" (to show age of friend) but to a long time friend, as "viejo amigo" One of the few instances where Spanish used word order to make a difference....but not with gender...there goes "teaching" languages for you!! And when we say he is a viejo amigo viejo...well..you know what it means. Besos y abrazos mi amiguito.
