Oxfordshire County Council has now wasted £2500 on giving us a rainbow crossing to supposedly honour the LBGTQI community (the list of letters gets longer).
Apparently, this crossing has been chosen for the rainbow treatment because it's situated opposite the council offices, where they claim to be striving towards an "inclusive workplace", though I bet they don't include diversity of opinion in their agenda. Those that express any dislike of homosexuality will be accused of "hate speech" and branded as suffering from some kind of phobia, whilst those of us that were initially willing to tolerate other people's differences will become increasingly incensed by having it continually thrust in our faces.
