About my #41 post: you do really have an inquisitive mind, and immediately got that there is something fishy here... (:-) it requires a long explanation.... recently I received a private message from an Italian member here who informed me that some kind and generous people in this site have decided to help the financial problems of the site owners creating a contest where one can win a free club membership. That is: they will pay your fee if you win the contest so that the site gets some more money and people don't go away as I did.
At first I was not interested because - as I told you - I didn't quit because of lack of money. But out of curiosity I went to have a look at the contest (https://www.ipernity.com/group/2059326) and discovered that the topic or theme was "reflections". I had some good photos with reflections (not only the one I posted) so the devil suggested that I could have try to see if I succeeded...
I confess that I felt a bit ashamed...
One of the rule of the contest is: once you have posted your photo in the group, you must rename the photo adding the number according to how many photos were posted before yours. So mine was the 41st post.
There are a lot of damned good reflections already posted in the group so it will be really hard to win...
Have a nice day.
D.
