A delightful piece of art.........painted on to an acrylic sheet and affixed to the wall of the small museum in Exmouth, Devon. This was taken back in March last year and when I visited again just after Christmas, it had been take down.

Another fantastic piece of artwork by local Southsea artist "My Dog Sighs". This is on the wall of what used to be a huge Knight and Lee department store (and as it says on the wall, a branch of the John Lewis Partnership) which sadly, closed with a huge loss of jobs. It was one of two "flagship" stores in the shopping centre (the other being Debenhams, also closed down). I suspect both will soon be demolished and turned into housing. mydogsighs.co.uk/art

As I've not been out much lately, I thought I'd show you a few more pieces of street art from Southsea, Hampshire. I love this one by SOUTHSEA ZOO, who is really www.facebook.com/mynameisleila.co.uk In the First PiP the artist is MIDGE. www.instagram.com/thisismidge/?hl=en-gb and in the second PiP the artist is ROO. www.artbyroo.com/murals The main image and the one in the first PiP were painted at the beginning of March as part of "Lady Jam" which was a gathering of the areas finest female street artists. The one in the second PiP is older and I'm not sure when it was painted. Thanks for looking and have a good new week!

Sadly, I never met Andy in real life, but through our interaction here on Ipernity I became to think of him as a friend. My thoughts go out to his Family and friends in England and in Spain and to everyone who knew him on Ipernity. May he rest in peace.
