Vivitar V50

Another clone of the Minolta X-300 I picked up recently off eBay. It also has the Vivitar-branded 50mm lens that matches with it, and I have an additional Vivitar 28mm wide angle lens as well.

This guy was just driving by in this off-road vehicle and stopped to see if I needed help. I didn't because I was photographing some wildflowers along the road. So I asked him if he wouldn't mind posing. His name turned out to be John Feldmann. This house is just a block or so from my home. The significance of it is that my Grandparents had this house built back in the late-1980's, with the intention of moving into it to be near my parents, and two Uncles - all three, my Dad and two Uncles - being the sons of my Grandparents. But something must have happened because they never actually moved into this house. I don't remember what happened about it.
