Station Wagons
This is a collection of station wagons I've either owned or seen. I grew up in a family that had a station wagon, so I've had a lifelong love of them.

This was my first station wagon, a 1971 Dodge Polara, and I got it in 1980. It was a sweet car!
1984 Ford Escort Wagon
1996 Ford Taurus GL Station Wagon

My third and current station wagon, a 1996 Ford Taurus GL station wagon. It's got Ford Thunderbird wheels and tires on it and they fill up the wheelwells better than the smaller, regular Taurus wheels.

This is my 1996 Ford Taurus GL station wagon, but with tires I'd like to get for it. They're not actually on the car, but are digitally added just to see what they'd look like. I love my station wagon and have loved station wagons my whole life. When I was little, my family had a brand-new 1967 Rambler station wagon.

This is my car, a 1996 Ford Taurus GL station wagon. I shot it on March 2nd, 2015, with a Nikon D3000 DSLR. The water in the background is frozen because it was Winter and snow was on the ground.

Although I don't drive this one as much as my other one, a 1996 Mercury Sable LS station wagon, I do keep it clean. I washed both of them last week.

I got my new wheels and tires put on today. They were from a 1996 Volvo station wagon. I think they look much better than the factory wheels that came on it - those were some of the ugliest wheels I've ever seen.

Road Hard

I saw this alongside the road one day and stopped to get a shot of it. It doesn't look like it's going to finish well for this great old car.
Ford Country Sedan Station Wagon

I see this immaculate Ford Country Sedan station wagon parked at a local parts store a lot.
Mercedes Benz Station Wagon
One Honey Of A Deal
Ford Station Wagon

I'd say all this station wagon needs is an engine, a little finish work, some paint and it will be pretty spiffy. Seen at McLeansboro, Illinois recently
Buick Roadmaster Station Wagon
1964 Plymouth Belvedere Station Wagon

Now, THAT'S a station wagon! Saw this primo Plymouth Belvedere here locally in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
War Wagon
|
|
|
|
I saw this station wagon just off the road I was travelling a couple weeks ago. It was called "War Wagon," and I'll bet it was fast.
Ford Taurus Station Wagon
|
|
I saw this Ford Taurus station wagon in the parking lot of the grocery store. I'm pretty sure it's a 1996 or 1997 model.
