Minolta X-300 No. 2

This is the more common black and silver version of the Minolta X-300. They also came in an all-black bodied version. They were named the X-370 for the North American market and there wasn't an all-black version of the X-370. Well, there was, but it was called an X-7A.

I was out and about yesterday, running errands and trying to finish this roll of film. One of the errands I had to do was to go to the tire store and get a new front tire. I noticed the sidewall had a puncture in it so I knew it had to be replaced before it blew out. Here's my car at the shop, jacked up and waiting for the new tire to be put on. Each year, the junior high class gets to paint their names on the side of the Lion's Club building. This is for the class graduating in 2023. This film was expired about 20 years, but it doesn't seem too bad. At least I don't notice a lot of grain that usually results in film this old. Being colorblind, I can't tell if there's a lot of color shift or not. My neighbor runs a restaurant downtown and stores some supplies in his backyard. He recently moved a couple buildinds down to a larger space. I'm pretty sure this was the sign that used to be on the place that was there before him. It was another Mexican restaurant.
