The Refuge

We had a good turnout for lunch at the Evansville Rescue Mission last Saturday, December 20th. Some members from my church, The First Baptist Church in Norris City, Illinois, took some food over and cooked it. When it was ready, we served lunch to those waiting. They were quite appreciative and it was quite an experience.

The church even collected up some stocking hats and gloves and passed out over 100 pairs to the needy.
