Rustic Apricot Tart
I made a recipe last night that I had been wanting to make for a while now. It was a rustic apricot tart and used Mascarpone cheese and apricot preserves in it. Turned out to be great right out of the oven! I might have to try some with a dollop of ice cream melted over the top of it.
