Vor dem Mauerfall im Jahr 1989 war der Potsdamer Platz eine innerstädtische Brache im Niemandsland des Grenzgebietes zwischen West- und Ostberlin.

Heute ist der Potsdamer Platz wieder ein belebter Verkehrsknotenpunkt in der Mitte Berlins.

Diese Foto ist im Sony Center entstanden, ein Gebäudekomplex am Potsdamer Platz. der von 1995 bis 1998 gebaut und schließlich im Jahr 2000 eröffnet wurde.
