Remember- QUAD K99FM loves you! This was a former sister FM station of WFAM in Augusta. And I'm thinking it might be what eventually became Kicks99.5 FM in the Augusta/Aiken GA/SC market. For those who don't know, here's a little history of Quad FM: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quadraphonic_sound . During my college days, Quad was a big thing. Like Stereo AM, it fizzled- never quite catching on to the point that car radio manufacturers put the systems in cars.
