Time to catch up on some reading.

It would seem the diabetes bug has landed in my family tree again. I was just diagnosed today. Type II, and it appears it's going to be very manageable. Time to learn what I can and begin applying it to my everyday routine. It's 2014, and people can live full, long lives with the Big D these days. What's the old saying? "Better to know than not to know."
