We fought to keep the meter fed only to realize...

We were very pleased with ourselves. We kept the meter fed the entire time we shopped in Downtown Columbia, and we even had 3 minutes left over when we started to leave. No tickets here. It was after we got home from shopping and looked at this photo that I bothered to read the sticker at the top. Apparently, the fees and enforcement only pertain to Monday through Friday. We spent a couple of bucks in parking fees and even hastened our shopping because we'd run out of change. If I'm understanding this sign correctly, we could have put NO money in the parking meter and we would have been fine. lol
