At first glance, it may appear the power pole is learning due to strong wind and rain. Actually, the power pole (with two transformers on it) sits this way even during sunny dry weather. The was taken through a dirty windshield as I was trying to rush back to the hotel in York, PA to avoid getting drenched by the approaching storm.
