The area just a few miles away from my home received over nine inches of snow. I was blessed in that I only received about six and one-half inches of the wet stuff. Plenty of snow, but not enough to knock out the power or take everything down. I don't mind the snow... it's all the "bad" stuff that comes with it when you get too much. (no power, no heat, no hot water, and you can't even open a can unless you have a manual can opener. lol)
