Nothing more industrious than bees! I wonder what eucalyptus honey tastes like.

Most just goes into a big pot named honey. There are some producers though who place there hives where there a majority of one variety of tree. This produces a specific flavour. These flavoured honeys are sometimes in the supermarkets and touristy places.

We have the same thing, but we ordinary supermarket people get sage (too strong for me), clover or just ones labeled "Honey." Fancy ones are in farmers' markets and as you say, touristy stores. Honestly, the honeycomb of any type is my favorite. ;-b
