The platform looking north east. The white post appears to have been the nameboard support. Corobimilla, September 2009.
(Later) There were 3 buildings on this island platform. They faced the mainline (and photographer). Nearest was an office with a ticket sales window which slightly overhung the flat area of the platform, then a parcels/storage shed. These are this side of the line wire pole and immediately adjacent to each other. The safeworking hut was beyond the pole and reached the far end of the platform. The nameboard was fixed to the parcel shed above the centrally located door. There is no apparent reason for the white post.
