Gardening today and I looked up and saw this amazing display of palm tree berries, which the native birds love.

Cafe Vin Cino at Noosa Marina

c1926 on the corner of Maple Street and Emerald Street in the hinterland town of Cooroy. Previously the E S & A Bank, the original buildings were built in 1911 for J L Boden.

Very busy on Noosa Main Beach. A Bank holiday weekend, school holidays and the Noosa Beach Classic Car Show.

Queensland

It was here at Seventeen Seventy that Cook made his second landing on Australian soil (his first had been at Botany Bay) and it was here that the first European set foot on Queensland soil. Town of Seventeen Seventy was appropriately named for Cook’s landing (24th May) 1770 becoming the birthplace of Queensland. This spot is perfect to watch the sun set over Bustard Bay.
