on my old bicycle. The terrain around here is not very flat, so not much opportunity for cycling.

I looked for a long time for springs underneath a bike saddle, but they are all hidden these days apparently. This reminds me of my old bike. Very colourful and an ideal photo for the challenge, Gillian.

... You could make cycling your challenge every Sunday? My old one is in bits from when I started to repair it after being run into in a round-about again. I decided to quit while I still had good health. That was in early 2005.
