Sie wurde wohl mit einem roten Licht angestrahlt – kann man machen.
Da ich nicht sehe warum sie rot angestrahlt wird, sieht es nach einem nicht korrigierten Farbstich aus.
Würde sie zum Beispiel auf einem Weihnachtsmarkt von einer, im Bild sichtbaren rote Leuchtschrift angestrahlt, wäre es stimmig.

It was an orange filter on the flash yes :) I understand what you said though :)

A lovely pose and a beautiful model, but I agree with Ingo (above) about the light.

Only my opinion of course and I know next to nothing about photographing portraits :-)
