Revoilà le temps des brocantes! It's flea market season again!

C’est pourquoi saint Roch est souvent représenté avec un chien à ses côtés dans les œuvres d’art, et qu'il est considéré comme le saint patron des chiens. More details: this is the statue of St Roch: In the 14th century, St Roch set out to help those suffering from the plague. He travelled to many Italian towns and eventually caught the disease he was fighting. For fear of infecting others, he voluntarily withdrew to a forest to isolate himself. But as he lay dying, God sent him a dog every day to lick his wounds and bring him a small loaf of bread. This is why Saint Roch is often depicted with a dog by his side in works of art, and why he is considered the patron saint of dogs. Il a perdu la tête à force d'essayer de faire barrage de son corps (sans grand succès).. En plus il ne s'est pas rasé, ça déborde de partout... :o))) He’s lost his head trying to block the way with his body (without much success)... Plus, he hasn’t shaved, so it’s sticking out everywhere... :o))) Ha perso la testa a forza di cercare di fare da scudo con il proprio corpo (senza grande successo)... E poi non si è rasato, gli spuntano peli dappertutto... :o))) Ha perdido la cabeza de tanto intentar hacer de barrera con el cuerpo (sin mucho éxito)... Además, no se ha afeitado, le sale por todas partes... :o))) Er hat den Verstand verloren, weil er versucht hat, sich mit seinem Körper in den Weg zu stellen (ohne großen Erfolg).. Außerdem hat er sich nicht rasiert, es quillt überall hervor... :o))) Ele enlouqueceu de tanto tentar fazer uma barreira com o próprio corpo (sem grande sucesso)... Além disso, não se barbeou, está a transbordar por todo o lado... :o))) Hij is helemaal door het lint gegaan door te proberen zich met zijn lichaam in de weg te werpen (zonder veel succes)... Bovendien heeft hij zich niet geschoren, het steekt overal uit... :o)))
