The Reifel Bird Sanctuary is south of Vancouver. This is looking north toward Vancouver over the marsh reeds and grasses. The mountains on the right are the north shore mountains. You can see Cypress Ski area in Cypress Bowl. A jet has just taken off from Vancouver International Airport. Taken 2nd last day of Summer.

New Brighton Park Panorama

This is a wonderful park on the south side of Burrard Inlet. There is a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, soccer field and lots of picnic tables. The Panorama looks northwesterly towards Burrard Inlet and the north shore mountains. This photo is stitched together from 12 photos.

Found this on the shore of English Bay off Point Grey. This beached piece of tree is very old and huge. Easily 8 meters in diameter.
