People complain about all the overhead wires in Toronto, but for me they make walking down the street like living in a giant sculpture. Your impression may vary. Have a look at 'er big, eh? Click the pic or type Z.

Sun Life Centre, West Tower, Toronto

The Sun Life Centre (WZMH Architects, 1984) consists of two buildings on the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection of King Street and University Avenue. The buildings seem at first glance to be mirror images of each other, but this one is 24 storeys tall and its companion has 28 storeys. Many people complain about the proliferation of overhead wires in Toronto, but they make me feel as if I'm living in a sculpture. Which I enjoy.

St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto, at Caledonia Park Rd.

There's a fence in there so Happy Fence Friday, too. I like the big version. Type Z to see if you do, too. Or not. It's not an order or anything, eh?
