Bright colours and shiny things

My profile says I like bright colours and shiny things, but I haven't actually posted a lot of photos of them.

I will try harder.

Grange Park, Toronto

Henry Moore's Large Two Forms is probably the most popular public sculpture in Toronto, now that Ivor Lewis's statue of Timothy Eaton is less accessible to the public. Part of the collection of the Art Gallery of Ontario, from 1974 to 2017 it stood at the corner of Dundas Street West and McCaul Street, at the northeast corner of the AGO. In 2017 it was moved to Grange Park, which is owned by the AGO, at the southwest end of the gallery.

I only had my least favourite camera with me today (the one on my phone). One of my others might have captured this with fewer artefacts, but it's an abstract, right?, so like it don't matter. Take it from me.

For bigger bunnies, type Z or click the pic. Thanks to Gisela Plewe. I was reminded of her comment on my next-to-last photo when I saw this, so took a bird's-eye view. For Sight and Sound, aNNa schramm suggested "You're My Chocolate" by Savages as an accompaniment for this photo. I think it establishes a very interesting and thought-provoking mood for the photo. sp here it is: www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwwkjI65Q0A&list=PL341F2C9A07FE8D16&index=1
