Thanks, Bob. I don't think it's politics because politics doesn't seem to exist any more. It's more like burlesque now. Actually, it reminds me a lot of Waugh's Decline and Fall, all these giant comic characters bumbling around and colliding with each other. Did you know Rob Ford's brother has somehow become premier of Ontario? And you can imagine the fun that has ensued.

Okay, that may be too much metaphor. Great texture, flawless composition, good color (you don't do green often.) Glad you are finding some natural objects to entice your eye. Suburbia may yet reveal its charms.

Thanks, Sarah. I like green the best in low light, and we've had a lot of that lately. My main problem with suburbia is that it's not midtown Toronto. Everything is in parcels, while where I lived in Toronto everything was jumbled together. On the other hand, you can see the sky here without having to look straight up. On your third hand, usually both sides of the street in Toronto have light because of all the light reflected from the glass buildings.
