Now here is an odd fellow indeed! If this were another collage, I'd feel that it was somehow unfinished, for whatever reason; but this figure pulls it all together for me with his oddness, as he confronts the viewer with a calm, almost bemused gaze that says, "This is exactly how it is here." (And maybe out there, as well?)

Actually, you're right, Tim, with your notion that it's unfinished: the whole collage is longer in the right-hand direction. That is, all of the weird square spouting water is included. But it was too long for my scanner. =shrug=
