yes Saffron, going down slowly. There is a Team on top with some Equipment, they will hold you with a rope und let you down ... it's difficult inside because you have to overcome your fear, it's rather easy on the outside.

Yes Fantasyfan, it's really scary, that's the fun of it ... You know fear is great afterwards (if you've survived ...)
