Las fachadas ventiladas ponen dificultades para después hacer cualquier cosa en ellas; sujetar aparatos de aire acondicionado, meter tuberías, etc.

Aquí se los ingenuan, y las saben poner en cualquier pared, hasta delante de las ventanas. Yo creo que es agua que chorrea, ya que es el único aire acondicionada que lo tiene y... no hay ninguna paloma allí. Gracias José Manuel!

I hope with you. Here it is really a luxury, it hardly ever gets that hot, and less in those high rise buildings with lots of windows.
