Even today you can see the same weaver...or maybe her granddaughter by now, on the wayside, weaving with a back strap loom. The backstrap loom,is an entirely non-mechanized instrument, it is constructed with wood, bone, and strings, and is easily portable from home to field, wrapped inside the traditional lliqlla or manta (carrying shawl) that every woman wears.

Absolut... Die webten die tollsten Gewebe mit diesen Rückenband Webstülen. Manche sind sogar noch primitiver als dieser.
