Ripples on the surface of the dunes, at White Sands national monument. This was at the edge of one of the more popular spots for climbing up and then sledding down the dunes. Throughout the day the dunes sprout trails of foot- (and paw-) prints and smooth shiny sled-tracks (the giant-plastic-frisbee kinds); but the wind ultimately clears it all away. The fastest-moving dunes, near the center of the dune-field, move around 35ft (~10.67m) per year.
