Utah is just seriously scenic. All those dramatic and colorful deserty mountains... This was at one of the scenic rest areas right off the highway; it was hard not to stop at all of them. ;) (much of the scenery I was driving through was very Minecraft-like, and I did halfway expect to see a skeleton hiding behind that tree...)

Also probably colder. ;) I need to go back someday and spend a lot more time there... This time I was just passing through (driving home from California), so mostly I just got to see the bits visible from the road... :)

That's some great scenery! My brother lives in Utah, but the one and only time so far I've been there was when they were having the worst blizzard in over 25 years. Needless to say, it was almost too cold to get very many shots.
