Tuttle, CA Fancher monument (0594)
The monument is to George Hicks Fancher. Fancher, who died in 1900, owned much of the land in the area and demanded in his will that a monument to him be built. It was built, but nobody wants to take care of it, so it just sits there, not maintained, dominating the nearby produce fields.
