Typical Ariel spacer multi circuit construction. It's seems that this utility uses the spacer cable on main lines in towns and cities.

In smaller towns they don’t do this that often. I live in western Massachusetts my self and the smaller towns national grid services don’t have a lot of spacer cables or none at all especially in really small towns.
