Barnbougle Castle is on the Dalmeny Estate. It was the original property on the estate, but after Dalmeny House was built it became the library of the fifth Earl of Rosebery.

The River Tay can be seen in the background. You will have seen this monument high above you if you've ever driven from Perth to Dundee on the A90. The tower was built in 18th century the 9th Earl of Kinnoull. The tower (a folly) is meant to resemble a castle on the Rhine in Germany.

Newhaven Harbour, Edinburgh. This lighthouse is no longer in use. However a light has been installed which shines inland and which changes colour - I am a fan of that :-)
