St. George’s Day, Friday 23 April 2010 - Mulleys Motorways YN54 VLE seen in Lakenheath. The flag of St. George is flying on the tower of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin in the background (and on display in the windscreen of the bus). A BMC Falcon which had been new to Coopers of Killamarsh in October 2004.

Thursday 31 July 2008 (1516 hrs) - National Express Operations Limited VC12 (FH06 EAX), a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B12B new in 2006, seen at Mildenhall Bus Station when working the 1315 Norwich (UEA) to Gatwick Airport service 727. It carries an England flag livery launched for St George’s Day 2007.

Thursday 31 July 2008 (1516 hrs) - National Express Operations Limited VC12 (FH06 EAX), a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B12B new in 2006, seen at Mildenhall Bus Station when working the 1315 Norwich (UEA) to Gatwick Airport service 727. It carries an England flag livery launched for St George’s Day 2007. (Burtons Mercedes-Benz Vario S130 NRB, which was to be my bus for Duty 224, can be seen arriving in the background. I was about to take it to Newmarket on service 400).

St. George’s Day, Monday 23 April 2012 (1412) - Mildenhall bus station with three buses about to depart at 1415. Mulleys Motorways Wright/Scania MUI 7949 bound for Bury St Edmunds; a Coach Services Optare Solo bound for Thetford; and a Stephensons Plaxton Pointer/Dennis Dart bound for Newmarket. (A Stephensons double decker also parked and used for drivers breaks). MUI 7949 was displaying my flag of St. George.

Tri-axle Alexander bodied Leyland Olympian new in August 1991 to Hong Kong Citybus as their 176 (EW 9231). Imported by Stagecoach to the UK acquiring UK registration J167 UNH (Funny coincidence the old 176 becoming 167).
