Friday 10 March 2017 (1126) – During November 2016 the Cambridge Park & Ride services were revamped to eliminate cross city operation. All five sites are now served with buses that run from the appropriate site into the city and back out again. Babraham Road and Trumpington Park and Rides retained their existing colour base (green and blue respectively) whilst Newmarket Road changed to Orange, Milton to Purple and Madingley Road to Fuchsia. This photograph shows the two new colours that have replaced the red liveried Newmarket Road (now orange) to Madingley Road (now fushia) through service. Fuchsia liveried 10790 (SN66 VZM) (new December 2016) passes orange liveried 10809 (SN66 WBF) (new January 2017) in Drummer Street. Before arriving with Stagecoach East (Cambus) a number of these new buses, 10809 included, were temporarily assigned to Stagecoach Merseyside (Glenvale) to provide increased capacity during railway engineering works on the Merseyrail Wirral line.
Both are Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400D MMCs.
